PadSoul warrants the product, to the original consumer purchaser, except for the accessories, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years, from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a copy of the receipt or valid warranty registration with PadSoul within 60 days of purchase.


How do I send the defective back for warranty?


Purchased from an authorized dealer

Return the product to the local PadSoul dealer from whom it was purchased, and the dealer will make the determination if the product is defective.If yes,the dealer will return the item to PadSoul, and offer a replacement.

during normal business hours. Then return the item to PadSoul where (if determined defective) it will be repaired or replaced,and returned to you.

This warranty is void where product failure is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage, alteration, or normal "be used and broken". The owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement.




PadSoul shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from failure of the product other than the replacement or repair of such product. proof of purchase or walid warranty registration are required for warranty services.
